As a design enthusiast from Hamburg, Germany, I recently stayed at Nova with my family - an inviting haven nestled in a vibrant neighborhood led by cozy shops and eateries. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted and swiftly accommodated in a comfortable, clean room. While the initial room was a tad stuffy, the considerate staff promptly rectified the situation, moving us to a cooler, more airy space.The hotel's family-friendly ambiance was evident throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a generous selection that pleased both the little ones and us grown-ups. From scrambled eggs to pastries and fruit, there was something for everyone. The thoughtful inclusion of a fridge in our room allowed for convenient storage of snacks and drinks, making us feel right at home.Exploring the surrounding area was a joy, with plenty of charming cafes and historic venues within walking distance. The staff's kind gesture of looking after our luggage post-checkout ensured we could enjoy our last day without worry. Nova truly caters to families seeking a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere, making it an ideal choice for our memorable vacation.
